My PTSD coach told me to start your favorite pot I found one its plastic but it big I could add a bunch of different plants 🪴 and go from there. Today my first PTSD plant Today 2 years later 

We've been working hard on Tebow's Legacy Garden. I wouldn't know what to do not having my sidekick

Working in the garden My PTSD Has calmed down no Triggers I feel good. I never thought I would be playing in a garden .. Being very honest Its awesome I'm feeling better If I could get Y'all playing in the garden and work hard all the crap in our heads slows down or stops triggers. Y'all put together a garden and feel great . Y'all come back
